Frequently Asked Questions

Who is Everfree

In November 2021, Willow International and 10ThousandWindows are joining forces and merging to become EverFree. EverFree’s mission is to accelerate freedom for survivors of modern slavery.

What does EverFree do?

Every year millions of women and girls are enslaved and trafficked by criminal networks, individuals seeking to profit off their abuse, and sometimes by their own family and friends. Less than 1% receive the help they need to thrive and flourish. EverFree is on a mission to change that.

Together with survivors, grassroots partners, community leaders, and our dedicated donors, we provide care to empower survivors to freedom. Our model, grounded in dignity and research, effectively prevents revictimization and encourages freedom forever. Through EverFree’s holistic trauma-informed care, survivors heal, rebuild their lives, and flourish in lasting freedom.

How will this merger impact Willow and 10ThousandWindows’ current programs?

The short answer is it won’t. Willow’s programs in Uganda and 10ThousandWindows’ programs in the Philippines will continue unchanged. By merging as EverFree, we are able to continue delivering best-in-class care to survivors in our current programs and expand our reach globally to serve more survivors with the care they need to thrive in freedom.

Will the merge impact Willow and 10ThousandWindows staff? Who will lead EverFree?

Jeremy Floyd, previously CEO of 10ThousandWindows, will be the Co-founder and CEO of EverFree. Kelsey Morgan, previously Founder and Executive Director of Willow International will be EverFree’s Co-Founder and Head of Program Advancement. National leadership and staff in Uganda and the Philippines will remain unchanged. EverFree will be governed by a board of directors composed of members representing both Willow International and 10ThousandWindows. Andrew Means, Senior Director Global Impact Data Strategy at, and chair of 10ThousandWindows will lead the EverFree board.

Is EverFree a nonprofit?

Yes. EverFree is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. EIN: #35-2534806

Where will EverFree be located?

EverFree’s global headquarters will be located in Orange County, California, with a Southeast Office in Tennessee. Our program offices are in Uganda, the Philippines and Belize (2022).

Who is Willow International?

Established in 2015, Willow International is a non-profit organization that made unparalleled headway in the fight against trafficking by delivering world-class survivor services. With a focus on restoration, prevention, and partnership, Willow became the preeminent advocate for restorative survivor care and trafficking prevention in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Who is 10ThousandWindows?

10ThousandWindows was founded in 2010 with the mission of preventing revictimization and restoring the lives of victims of trafficking and exploitation by helping survivors become financially self-sufficient through safe, dignified jobs. Over the past 11 years, 10ThousandWindows helped hundreds of survivors heal from trauma, secure employment, rebuild their lives and integrate with dignity into their families and communities.

Why are Willow International and 10ThousandWindows merging?

The simple answer is to have greater impact. Willow and 10ThousandWindows share common organizational values and are aligned around a singular focus: accelerating lasting freedom for human trafficking survivors. Each organization’s programs are complimentary and together provide a holistic approach to each survivor’s recovery journey. By joining Willow’s best-in-class shelter model with 10ThousandWindows’ leading economic empowerment work, we strengthen services for survivors, achieve greater impact, and elevate quality care across the anti-trafficking movement.
