How will this merger impact Willow and 10ThousandWindows’ current programs?
The short answer is it won’t. Willow’s programs in Uganda and 10ThousandWindows’ programs in the Philippines will continue unchanged. By merging as EverFree, we are able to continue delivering best-in-class care to survivors in our current programs and expand our reach globally to serve more survivors with the care they need to thrive in freedom.
Will the merge impact Willow and 10ThousandWindows staff? Who will lead EverFree?
Jeremy Floyd, previously CEO of 10ThousandWindows, will be the Co-founder and CEO of EverFree. Kelsey Morgan, previously Founder and Executive Director of Willow International will be EverFree’s Co-Founder and Head of Program Advancement. National leadership and staff in Uganda and the Philippines will remain unchanged. EverFree will be governed by a board of directors composed of members representing both Willow International and 10ThousandWindows. Andrew Means, Senior Director Global Impact Data Strategy at Salesforce.org, and chair of 10ThousandWindows will lead the EverFree board.

Where will EverFree be located?
EverFree’s global headquarters will be located in Orange County, California, with a Southeast Office in Tennessee. Our program offices are in Uganda, the Philippines and Belize (2022).

Can I still support the work in Uganda? In the Philippines?
